Welcome to 57Fit Anywhere! This ever-growing collection of workouts was created with you in mind. We believe that movement is medicine, and want everyone to experience the magic of 57Fit regardless of location, income, or fitness level. Workouts are self-guided and can be done directly from your mobile device. They are separated into 2 categories, home and gym, and are designed for beginner to intermediate fitness levels. The difficulty of each workout is indicated by a 1-5 star rating with 5 being the most challenging. Minimal equipment is needed for home workouts (dumbbells of varying sizes and small resistance bands). All gym workouts use equipment commonly found in most gyms. We also have a private Facebook group for that extra level of community, support, and accountability.

  1. What is 57Fit Anywhere?: An ever-growing library of workouts for beginner to intermediate gym goers for the price of 19.99 monthly. 
  2. How does it work? After getting started, you’ll be prompted to create an account into 57Fit. This will allow you to view workouts from your phone/device for home or the gym of your choice.  Each workout consists of a number of videos to be done in the order they are listed. Each workout contains tutorial videos and a description of how to do the movements.The workout’s difficulty level is indicated by 1-5 stars with 5 being the most difficult. You will receive 10 at-home workouts and 10 gym workouts each month. Any workout can be repeated at any time. Workouts are added on the 15th of each month. 
  3. What can I expect in each workout? Each workout will have a full body focus. This means we work on muscles throughout our whole body while improving our balance, stability, and strength. Each workout should take anywhere from 45-90 minutes depending on your level of fitness. You should aim for at least 2-3 workouts per week but can also do what feels comfortable.
  4. Do the workouts change? We add 10 new home and gym workouts each month for variety sake. The previous workouts will remain as well. You can do any workout at any time. 
  5. Do I need my own equipment? Yes. For the home workouts there will be a mix of bodyweight, dumbbells, and resistance bands of varying sizes. We’ve provided links to purchase for convenience, but you can also get them from wherever you would like. If there is a need for anything additional, we will be sure to notify you ahead of the following month’s workout release. For the gym workouts, you can do these at any gym that has dumbbells, barbells, machines, and more.
  6. What if I am interested in other 57Fit services, too? We offer nutritional coaching, semi-private sessions, and online coaching. All of our services are personalized to your needs.
